    COMPANIE — Anja Lee

ANJA LEE holds a BA from Kent State University with a concentration in Theatre, Music, and language studies. She has over 10 years of Youth Theatre Experience as a performer and teacher, both regionally (Great Lakes Shakespeare Festival, Cleveland Playhouse, Actors Theatre of Louisville) and here in NYC. Anja joined NPT last year, and has performed in a number of World Voices and Shakespeare Made Simple programs, including The Lucky Brothers, Shakespeare's Villains, and Motley, Mad & Marriage-Minded: A Shakespeare Vaudeville.

She has worked with The Leadership Program and Irondale Ensemble, conducting violence prevention workshops and literacy programs for the most at-risk NYC youth. In addition to a career in theatre, Anja brings with her a wealth of experience in the corporate world including training and facilitating various Experiential Learning Programs dealing with Diversity, Team Building and Conflict Resolution. Some of her professional acting credits include Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing (Cleveland Public Theatre); Gildenstern in a Suzuki-method production of Hamlet (Porthouse Theatre); and a member of the ensemble in Lorraine Hansberry’s To Be Young, Gifted and Black (Great Lakes Shakespeare Festival.)
